For over 30 years Chuck has advised, coached and consulted international, national, and regional executives and organizations across industries, start-ups to Fortune 500s, and not-for-profits. As an executive coach and strategic consultant, he specializes in leadership development, leadership team alignment, succession planning, creating leadership and sales cultures, change management, mergers and acquisitions, employee engagement, strategic planning, and developing a culture of accountability. Chuck is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®).

Cheryl Jacobs is Senior Vice President, Executive Coach & Leadership Developer and Facilitator of MCG Partners, for MCG Partners, a woman-owned, greater Boston-based management consultancy specializing in talent management, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness and management training solutions. Cheryl develops and delivers a broad spectrum of customized training and development programs, and provides advisory and consulting services to our clients with their employee and leadership development, succession, talent management, and selection needs. Cheryl is an executive coach of the firm working with leaders on team effectiveness, conflict management, influence & persuasion and overall leadership effectiveness. Cheryl is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®).

Erinne Tripp is the Director of Client Services for MCG Partners, a woman-owned, greater Boston-based management consultancy specializing in talent management, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness and management training solutions. Erinne provides advisory and consulting services, delivers customized training programs and assists clients with using PI® in talent management, selection, onboarding, team effectiveness, employee engagement and performance management needs. Erinne brings over 20 years of human resource expertise including professional development, coaching, talent acquisition, on-boarding, training, and performance management. Heather Wood is Vice President, leadership developer & facilitator, and executive coach of MCG Partners, a woman-owned, greater Boston-based management consultancy specializing in talent management, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness and management training solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in engaging all levels of leadership across multiple business sectors, Heather is a dynamic facilitator and professionally accredited executive coach. Drawing from her experience and insight training hundreds of managers globally, Heather coaches executives in leadership strategy, communication style, team building, performance management, conflict resolution and career development. Heather is also an accomplished designer and facilitator of customized interactive management workshops. Heather is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®).

Michèle Barnett Berg is Senior Vice President, Executive Coach & Leadership Developer and Facilitator of MCG Partners, a woman-owned, greater Boston-based management consultancy specializing in talent management, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness and management training solutions. She has over two decades of human capital consulting experience including leadership and talent development, management and development planning, executive on-boarding, team building facilitation, organizational optimization and design, executive search, and talent assessment. She has worked with a variety of clients and organizations in the private and public sector as well as with academic and executive education institutions. Michèle most recently lived in Stockholm, Sweden for four years and has worked as a coach with the Stockholm School of Economics Leadershiplive Executive MBA program since 2014. She continues to work on a variety of human capital consulting mandates including global talent management and assessment projects, on-boarding and team building facilitation as well as working with clients on their career development and leadership advancement strategies. Michèle is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®).

Ryen is the Client Project Manager for MCG Partners, a woman-owned, greater Boston-based management consultancy specializing in talent management, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness and management training solutions. Ryen works with all of our PI® clients to address their PI® questions, needs, processes and utilization. She also administers and coordinates MCG Partners conferences, programs, seminars and speaking engagements. She acts as a liaison between all senior managers to ensure the day to day running of projects with her strong ability to analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate projects. Ryen brings over 10 years of executive assistance, office management experience, a proven record in customer relations experience and is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®).

Josh Combest

Josh provides advisory and consulting services, delivers customized training programs, and assists our PI® clients with talent management, selection, onboarding, team building, management effectiveness and performance management needs. Joshua brings over a decade of customer service and human resource expertise including creative problem solving, talent acquisition, on-boarding, training, and process creation.
