Principal of Performance PI, Scott Lappin has served as a senior executive in several of North America’s largest and most successful telecommunications companies. In California, Scott spent his 20-year management career building premiere sales organizations and managing dynamic teams. The secret to his success? Selecting the right people for his organizations: people who fit the company’s game plan; people with the skills and drive needed to achieve positive results; people whose performance profile meets the performance demands of their job. In the 1980s, Scott found the right tool to help him select the right people—The Predictive Index® (PI®). In his own leadership roles, Scott has proven that PI® works in the competitive world of business. When Scott formed his consulting firm, he continued to use PI® as he coached business executives to achieve success. Scott’s extensive use of The Predictive Index® in building highly successful organizations brings a unique perspective to his consulting practice. He’s been there, and he can show you the way to a productive organization.

John Bowser

There is a relatively small segment of leaders in the business world; individuals whom seem able to build relationships, partnerships and rapport with almost anyone. John Bowser is one of those individuals. John gets things done by bringing the best out of those around him. As a people person, John realizes the best attributes of an individual must be allowed to shine through thus enabling he or she to achieve their full potential. And by achieving their full potential he empowers them for the future. As a serial entrepreneur, John has utilized his skills in the roles of CEO, President, Vice President and Senior Manager for over 30 years, leading both domestic and international companies. John has always put people first and realizes a company’s number one asset is its people. For over 20 years Predictive Index has played a significant role in the relationships John has established with his employees. He has implemented PI in three of his companies including a large startup and a rehab of a stoic 60-year-old company, set in its ways and slow to change. John achieved recognition through rapid growth, merger & acquisition and international relations leading to INC. 500 and Entrepreneur of the Year awards. He has served on several boards and brings a life full of knowledge and achievement to the table.

Claudia Pratson

Claudia Pratson

Account Vice President at Performance PI, Claudia Pratson has worked in organizational development consulting and training for over fourteen years with 40 client organizations. She is an expert in designing customized leadership and management skill-building programs, and creates targeted PI workshops on specific business objectives. Some of her workshops have included: Communication, Problem Solving, and Teambuilding Skills; Leadership Training and Strategic Planning; Executive Coaching; Sales Training; and Customer Service Excellence. Claudia’s dedication and ability to help clients connect the applications of the PI to strategic business objectives make her a valuable member of her clients’ executive and management teams.

C.J.

C.J. is a former CFO and strategic consultant and coach who brings the know-how of more than 20 years of business, marketing, business development, and technical product development experience to her clients. C.J. is a rarity in the world of coaching – she is one of few certified professional coaches with an M.B.A Haas School of Business C.J.’s strong business background and diverse experience in behavioral change provides her clients with a nice balance of Business IQ and Emotional Intelligence (EQ). CJ has coached Northwest employees at Microsoft, Boeing, Starbucks, and Nordstroms, as well as business owners, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits. C.J.’s style is very pragmatic and realistic, and she brings an intense laser-like focus to issues of importance to her clients, which allows them to make quicker progress. At the same time, she is perceptive, intuitive, optimistic, and light hearted, which is especially important in supporting her clients who are facing challenging issues. Helen Valdez

Helen Valdez

For Helen Valdez, service is inherent in every position she has held throughout her professional life. She began her career in the computer industry managing a start-up service and support network for a computer manufacturing firm. In this capacity, she travelled throughout the United States and Europe creating independent contractual relationships to support a sophisticated network for computer repair and maintenance. Prior to joining Performance PI, Helen served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a prominent Interior Design firm serving builders throughout the Western United States. Her diverse background, interpersonal skills, and commitment to service excellence make her an important asset to our team.
