PI Midlantic is a Predictive Index Certified Partner, established in 1985, celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2015. Our team of Consultants, made up of former executives, brings decades of management experience that our clients leverage every day to achieve their organizational goals. With over 400 clients in 40 US states and 15 countries, PI Midlantic has trained thousands of business leaders to align their people with their business goals and create "People Smart. Results Driven.®" organizations.

With over 60 years of success, the Predictive Index isn't just the latest buzzword. Our parent company, The Predictive Index, is a privately held international management consulting company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. It was founded in 1955 by the late Arnold S. Daniels with a mission of using the science of behavioral assessment to help companies make important decisions concerning people at work.

In 1985 Steve realized two things: he was a lousy employee and he was fascinated by this great tool called the Predictive Index®. The rest is history. Steve has worked with clients in nine countries and he is a frequent speaker on leadership development and talent management, an executive coach, and sits on several corporate and community boards. Steve and his associates partner with senior executives in over 200 organizations, helping them achieve their goals by maximizing their talent.

Steve joined PI Midlantic in 2001, focusing on lead generation, sales, and marketing the company’s services. In 2003 he became an Associate and began developing, training, and servicing clients of his own. Steve focuses to improve the selection, development, and retention of his clients’ people, helping them align their talent with the company’s goals and objectives. In 2009 he was promoted to Executive Vice President. Steve currently has a client base of over 100 companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500’s. He is also responsible for associate development and support. Just recently, in 2017, Steve assumed the role of President at PI Midlantic.

Kathy Frank had the rare opportunity to work with the developer of the Predictive Index program, Arnold Daniels, on a daily basis for six years. After that, Kathy became the first female certified partner of the PI program and founded Augur Inc. in 1996. In addition, Kathy has been chosen as a PI Teaching Fellow by the global network of PI Business Partners. In April 2016, Kathy merged her practice with PI Midlantic, which is now the #1 PI Certified Partner globally.

Office Manager

Trisha joined the PI Midlantic team in 2013. As our Office Manager she handles all of PI Midlantic’s back office operations. Trisha has a strong background in retail management and independent sales. She has worked with major companies including Yankee Candle, Johnston and Murphy, and Travelpro Luggage.

Client Service Manager

Clayton joined the PI Midlantic team in 2015. As our Client Service Manager, Clayton provides our clients with the care and service they need like setting up account details, providing training on PI software, and even tackling special initiatives and projects. Aside from handling client services, he is also part of a multi-functional team that executes marketing initiatives and other back-of-the-office operations.

As the Training Coordinator, Danielle handles all logistics involved with workshop preparation, offers client support where needed, and covers other administrative tasks around the office.
