She now works directly with CEOs, COOs, and business owners to help them not only hire the right people for each job, but to then manage their workforce most effectively. Penland specializes in helping businesses grow sales, reduce turnover and develop leaders.

Her personal goal is to maximize the potential of the individual and the organization for growth, and she has guided companies both large and small through organizational change. Cindy’s education includes a BA in Philosophy/Business from Villanova University and graduate work in Philosophy at Penn State University. She also has a certificate in Strategic Organizational Leadership, is a certified facilitator for The Leadership Challenge, and has developed a series of interactive teambuilding sessions to promote continuous process improvement.
