Dan specializes in human capital analytics that provide business leaders with the tools and insights necessary to continuously uncover new levels of talent and value within their organization to create and sustain a high performance results driven culture. Dan is a Business Administration graduate of Albion College, Michigan. Dan is a 30 veteran of the “industrial food grid” spending 10 years in wholesale as the Director of Marketing for Spartan Store Inc. a multi- billion-dollar grocery wholesaler located in Grand Rapids Michigan. The last 20 years of his career he built a small retailer into the largest independent chain of supermarkets in the state of Michigan. He retired in 2007 as CEO. After 6 months of retirement he bought Predictive Synergistic Systems and moved to Pittsburgh where he holds the title of CEO. He is an active longtime member of Vistage, a leading organization of chief executives. Dan also serves as a mentor for both the University of Pittsburgh’s Entrepreneurial Fellows program and the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence. He is also currently serving on the PowerLink Advisory Board for women entrepreneurs.

Beth is the Chief Operating Officer at Predictive Synergistic Systems and has been working with the Predictive Index as a client, consultant, and trainer since 2008. Prior to joining Predictive Synergistic Systems, Beth spent 25+ years in executive management at organizations in the Life Sciences, Software and Consulting industries. Early in her career, she spent more than 11 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Arthur Andersen in their systems consulting practice. After leaving Andersen, she led three small companies, two of them through successful acquisitions. More recently, she has been part of Predictive Synergistic Systems working with clients in a variety of industries including; Staffing, Manufacturing, Energy and Distribution, helping them apply Predictive Index to solve business problems. Beth has served as an adjunct professor at Duquesne University teaching Marketing. She has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Eric, LSW, is a Senior Partner at Predictive Synergistic Systems. As partner and with nearly 20 years of professional experience, Eric specializes in leadership development and sales performance using science and the Predictive Index suite of tools to help clients overcome their most challenging human capital and hiring dilemmas. Eric has helped the company grow and expand--most recently into the Cleveland/Akron region in late 2013. His passion for helping business leaders succeed extends even beyond his work with the company. He is also the founder and Chief Victory Officer of Center for Victory where he works with individuals and leaders around the world to help them unlock their personal potential and achieve their greatest success. As a licensed social worker and internationally acclaimed speaker, he has spent several years designing and facilitating training sessions to assist clients and professionals within the mental health, educational and business fields, as well as providing customized programming in the form of intensive in-home treatment and individualized coaching.

Management Psychologist

Jeffrey Bondy, Ph.D, is the Lead Management Psychologist at Predictive Synergistic Systems. Dr. Bondy has drawn on his experience as a former executive, certified coach and psychologist to create the Compression Coaching for Executives methodology, which provides business leaders with the set of skills necessary for mastering difficult situations and reaching insightful solutions. As Predictive Synergistic Systems management psychologist, Dr. Bondy will use the Selling Skills Assessment Tool TM (SSAT) to identify individual characteristics that create the sales organization as a whole and work with corporate and individual clients to strategically implement best practices for sales success. By correcting flaws, complementing strengths and creating a well-rounded, more effective sales team for clients, Dr. Bondy continues an illustrious career defined by elevating individual contribution and organizational cohesion. Dr. Bondy received his coaching certification through ACTIONcoach and earned his bachelors degree from the University of Rochester. He received his Ph.D in organizational psychology from New York University. Jeff is a prolific contributor to industry-related publications and has co-authored a book on productivity research. He is active in the community, serving as president of the Board of Directors of Dreams of Hope, an organization dedicated to providing the region's LGBT youth a welcoming environment to grow in confidence, express themselves, and develop as leaders.
