Chris Conroy

Partner

Chris Conroy, Partner at The Wellspring Group, has over 8 years of experience leveraging the Predictive Index to improve personal and team performance.

After graduating from Amherst College in 2005. Chris began his career as a high school special education teacher. While teaching, Chris spent six years developing a unique all-grades, inclusion classroom model that focused on positioning students' learning pathways through their natural proclivities and strengths. This led to an increase in their overall academic success and ensured a 100% graduation rate.

After watching many of his students struggle trying to balance careers and continuing education after high school, Chris became interested in workforce development and moved into the job training sector.

During his time workforce development, Chris had the chance to partner some fantastic colleagues to create partnerships with government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and higher education institutions to train, recruit, and employ young adults with nontraditional educational backgrounds. He also had the good fortune of meeting and partnering with his wife, Kadesh, with whom he shares a love for developing people and teams.

Kadesh Simms Conroy is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional and Vice President of Global Human Resources for a multinational education firm. (You can see her bio here as well.)

In 2013, their shared experiences in workforce development and HR leadership eventually inspired Kadesh and Chris to open their own recruiting, workforce development, and employee benefits firm, The Wellspring Group. At Wellspring, we primarily serve clients in healthcare, social impact/nonprofit, and education sectors, helping care for the teams that care for us all.
