With over 20 years’ experience she has held numerous senior executive leadership positions with Fortune 100 and 500 oil and gas companies. Her experience spans sales and operations, contract negotiation, marketing, health, safety and environment, human resources, training and development, both domestic and global. She is a co-founder of Kinsey Management and expanded the company as a Certified Partner and Master Training Center with Predictive Index.
Brandon Kinsey
Co-Founder, Chief Talent Optimizer
Brandon has a social science and leadership background with over 20 years’ experience coaching individuals and teams, developing strategies and driving bottom-line results through relationships, team building and project management execution. His expertise lies within a variety of industries including sporting, construction, real estate, technology, energy, and government agencies. He previously coached Texas High School Varsity Football for 14 years before co-founding Kinsey Management.

Anne is the Director of Marketing and Business Development. Her background is in the fashion industry where she has over 15 years of experience in strategic brand leadership, buying, merchandising and marketing and has led teams for Fortune 500 global brands internationally. She has hired, coached, trained, and developed high-performing teams and enjoys consulting with clients to optimize their business and talent strategies.

Client Success Coordinator and Administrative Assistant
Elizabeth is the Client Success Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Kinsey Management. She is a graduate of Troy University with a B.S. in Political Science and Business Administration. Elizabeth started her career as a Business Specialist with Kentucky Adult Education. She enjoys working with clients and helping them integrate Predictive Index into their organization.
